Like so many others, when we visited Armação de Búzios, we were enchanted by the exuberance of nature in the region. We decided to stay here and also provide other people with the opportunity to get to know such a beautiful stretch of the Brazilian coast. Our proposal is to offer a comfortable environment and an exclusive treatment. We hope that our guests can join us, assuming attitudes of respect for the environment, thus contributing to the preservation of this paradise.
This house is located in the upper part of João Fernandes which allows you to have a beautiful view of the sea and the sunset. We are 5 min walk from João Fernandinho beach and 7 min walk from João Fernandes beach:

APARTMENTS
You will have access to the main house with 5 suites, each with its private bathroom, TV and air conditioning. The living and dining room is spacious and airy and also has a view of the sea. It is for the pool deck that converges all the movement of the house, in this area we have the gazebo, the preferred area at the time of rest. We have parking for 6 cars. Two employees are available to maintain the outside area as well as cleaning the house in the morning.
We live close to this house and we can help with whatever is needed. In addition, we have people available to take care of the house and who will be able to assist with any details that are necessary.

HOUSE RULES
We know that you are renting this house to gather family and friends, but we ask that the house is not rented for parties. We are in a very peaceful and quiet region of Buzios. For this reason we also ask that no loud music or any other noise be placed, so as not to disturb our neighbors and have a peaceful and harmonious coexistence with everyone around us.
We love pets, but for reasons of health surveillance, we ask that they do not come to the house.
We provide, for use on the pool deck, plastic utensils (glasses, containers, etc.). In this area we ask you not to use glassware, which is dangerous and can cause accidents to yourself or our employees.
Smoking is only allowed outside. In the internal area of the house we ask you not to smoke as this causes discomfort to other guests.
Every house has a beautiful wooden floor, which requires certain care to avoid being scratched. Until today we managed to keep the floor in excellent condition. But we know that accidents happen and we will look for a way to repair it and pass on the costs. We count on your help in this regard.
During your stay, in the morning we will have a person cleaning the pool and outside area. We will also have a person cleaning the house.
All of this is already included and has no additional cost. Our employees will be available from 0800 to 1200 hrs. If you want the breakfast and lunch service, we can offer it for R$ 230 / day. This amount must be paid at check-in. The breakfast and lunch preparation material must be brought by the guest.
Water and electricity consumption are also included, but we will note the meter values on arrival and departure, and if there is an average water consumption greater than 3 m3 per day we will charge you, R $ 100 per additional m3. And in the case of electricity, if there is an average consumption greater than 80 KwH per day, we will charge an amount of R $ 2.20 per additional KwH.
The use of wi-fi is allowed. We have 2 high speed fiber optic links (200 Mbps each) and it is perfect for home office.
All suites have Smart TV with access to Netflix (using your account for security reasons) and SKY Cable TV, Air conditioning. Fridge in 3 suites.
We will make a temporary rental agreement with a summary of all these items.
To confirm the reservation, payment of 50% of the reservation amount is required.
When booking directly with us, you will get a discount (less than advertised by Booking, Airbnb and other platforms).
LOCATION
Our beautiful and comfortable property is located in an area of Búzios protected by environmental legislation, guaranteeing an extensive green area. We have a wonderful view of the sea from where you can enjoy a beautiful sunset. It is a 5-minute drive from the Búzios Center. Among the nearest beaches are João Fernandinho (5 minutes walk), João Fernandes (7 minutes), Azeda and Azedinha. Here you will find a place of great tranquility and well suited to your desired rest.
